Volunteer

A volunteer sharing career advice with Boondocks Media School students in EnfieldOur volunteers choose to work with us for a number of reasons. Some of them choose to be NCC volunteers, trainers, chaperones, and/or mentors because they benefited from special mentoring relationships when they were teens. Others care about the many challenges faced by girls growing up in a society that is not always supportive of girls' efforts. Many want to increase the number of girls in science and technology careers. Some are focused on preventing pregnancy and victimization of our girls. Most are passionate about one or more of the issues facing young girls, women and our communities. Whatever the motivation, NC Connected offers a variety of options for you to get involved and make a difference.

To volunteer with NC Connected, Inc., call Denise Tawwab at (919) 523-8829. We look forward to hearing from you.
